The first is the Ban Email, you may send any complaints about a ban there. It is hard to PM someone sometimes.
Connection is our BanG Op, and handles all ban issues.


The second is the complaints/compliments email about staff abuse/staff commendations. That is currently not working, sadly. We are working on that. This would normally sent to all the SMods in the zone. I am accepting all emails for this at mikebergsteinsson@hotmail.com. I will forward any complaints to the proper department head.

The whole @tw.org isnt working, we can use hotmail, or gmail. I use mine, as I have always allowed the players to freely email me.

So I'm not gonna say who banned me, but I called someone the W word, not the N word... anyway I got a lifeban for 5 minutes...

or I think it was a lifeban? It said "you do not have permission to play this zone under this name, please go to website to view player permissions" there was no BanID or anything

I don't really care, but is that a lifeban or what is that? It was only for 5 minutes, then i was silenced for another 30, but w/e. Just wondering what that is.


like... especially when there is no banID and there is no "send complains to ban email/complaint email" crap either in the message... I mean it was only for 5 minutes, for that person to prove a point to me... but just wondering cuz.. if it was never removed, I would never have been able to say anything if I disagreed
