You don't receive activation E-mail when registering on the forum

My friend Kyou said he didn't receive an email after he registered so I tried it myself and sure enough I did not receive an email either. Also last month 33 people registered and this month only 1 have maybe this is why?

in-game and/or forum staff have to accept his registration attempt. This is because of spammers.

The forum used to send out e-mail just fine.

In order to get registered & activated at the forums, you need to fill out the registration form, activate your forum account using e-mail verification and then activate (read: approve) your account using ForumBot.

If the forum doesn't send e-mails, someone have to ask Dock> and run some tests to find & fix the problem.

Maverick, please contact dock to fix the emails, most of them are broken.

Just have the player contact me in game, and I will set them up.
