this is just my opinion: If he can and he is not buzy (playing) then he should help u.

And I don't think it is illegal to skip a call.

when you become staff you are expected to answer any help and cheater calls that you can handle (for instance, you can't take twd calls as a moderator but can answer simple cheater and help calls), but you do not have to answer the calls even if you are available to help.

that may seem quite unprofessional to you, but that is none of my concern. it's the upper staffs job to figure out the problem -- or rather fix the foundations that we have in order to get more professional again. we have a lot of dead waste on the current staff -- me included, naturally -- but it's not like they can go and axe everyone that do not answer help calls (or doesn't host) all of the sudden.

although, i believe "fake afking" is illegal in staff.

edit: I checked my logs and actually there was an another TWD op online (talking in staff chat) but it seems he didn't bother to help you either. Wonder why..

To be honest I didn't see the earlier help calls but I probably still wouldn't have help you. If Jacklyn was on there were two other TWD Ops than me available because the one I mentioned wasn't her. So there are three TWD Ops who don't want to help you. Hmm.. :fear:

If it is as simple as that, then this rule needs to be changed IMMEDIATELY due to what I just quoted. If staff have any intentions of bettering themselves like they CONSTANTLY claim, then this rule should be thrown out right now.

Don't know how you can seriously write this kind of bs without knowing anything. You can mingle with your little group some more and think you know about anything that goes in staff. You've been told before that offending members of staff that only volunteer to work to better the zone isn't helping but obviously that's also only a waste of time.
