really? what positions

i'll try to refresh my memory a bit and list some of the current (some of them are useless) subbranches that you forgot to mention.

ECT (Event Coordination Team): basically the guys that help creating new leagues to the zone and schedule weekend events every week. it's pretty useless, but part of staff either way. currently the head of ECT is i.d. and her assistant is major.

Dean of Staff. you know 'em, those staff recruiting faggots. :P aka Ara and M_M God

Head of Development (DEV). these guys that develop new stuff to trench wars, currently the head is Arobas+ if i recall right.

Head BANG/BANC operator. yes, that guy that has the power to permanently ban you from the zone and checks & handles every ban, making sure they're properly done. that guy, my friend, is connection and his assistant is demonic.

Map Uploader / Public Developer. that silly sysop whose primary job is to upload new maps to the zone and work on making the public a better place. Witness is in charge of this atm.

Staff Trainer / ER Trainer / Mod Trainer / BanG & BanC trainer / Quality Assurance Smod / Head of BWC, TWHT, <INSERT RANDOM LEAGUE HERE> and other useless subbranches belong to this little fail list too. fml. staff is making staff look like a super complex system, should be much simpler.

wonder what other shitty subbranches i forgot.

not sure if all of those (in fact, only 2 or 3) could be considered as "key positions" in staff. :P

I'd totally be in if staff looked like the list you made draft. back when I was staff the only reason I quit was because of the horrible, new, and idiotic people they were hiring left and right. just because someone was nice and ended all of their sentences with a smiley face it apparently made them a good candidate to be staff, even though none of them knew how to help anyone.

I wouldn't change a whole lot about your lineup. However I would give the zone a completely new sysop...Probably Witness and/or M_M God. Need 2 different types of people at the top...not best friends from Spastic like we have now.

Out of the mods you listed, 90% of the problems they will see will come from pub, yet none of them ever play pub. I'd replace jamal and deez (both nice guys, but neither would deal with pubbers) with people who actually PLAY pub.

Deans Of Staff...can't have 2 euros. I'd pick Kthx and someone like Turban

I'd put Arobas in charge of TW Dev. Which includes maps, bots, events, event coordination, website, etc.

Stayon would be a good pick for TWEL, dude practically lives in ?go duel during the season and is always friendly.

Connection should stay BanG op, he's very impartial, which is good.

People I would eliminate: HMS (Just to <ER>...QA Smod is pointless position), Eria <ER>, lilwade <ER>, Indirect <ER>, TranceTunes <ER>, Children <ER>, Twerp <ER> (Does he even play anymore?), Lena <ER>, Onion Opressor (Who?)...bunch more I can't remember since I don't play much these days....Point is the zone should be run by its core, not a bunch of newbies still in their first year or 2 in the zone...aka everyone listed here.

Of course I realize this will only become entertainment for the current staff and nothing will ever get done, but at least the players realize what is wrong. It's riddled with unknowledgable newbies. Nice list of ER's phiz. Even as annoying as viop speak is, he would still draw crowds with it.
