yeah totally pointless. people will just abuse it. reputation widgets are for forums with a much larger member base. you typically see them on forums where advice is often doled out or deals are posted so that you can spot the trustworthy people.

absolutely silly idea for our forums.

as far as the +1 thing, if someone wants to like/dislike a post, that's fine. taking it any further than that is not necessary.
