I have noticed that some TW players are worrying about the general decline in population of Subspace in general. Still at the same time, some developers are launching innovative zones like SSCL Tri-Sector or reviving more than 10-year-old zones like MERC Ground Warfare.

In order to promote these smaller zones, some of us established a network for those zone owners and players who are interested in playing them from time to time:

This is a place where people can gather together to arrange at least some 2v2 or 3v3 in certain small zones.

It can only help the community.

So if you're interested, I'd be happy if you joined. I'm not a zone owner, but I'm appreciating some of these zones and it'd be a pity if they stayed empty all the time. Most of them have their own ?chat, but why not replace so many ?chats with just one to make it simple?

And instead of bringing six people to Merc Ground Warfare, why not put that map in TW, and get it hosted and play it with 30 or 40 people.

Few an Far between would do it. Reason why People that own a zone that spent the time making it wouldnt give up power/control to another zone. Politics at its finest.

Honestly yes the games society is falling to shit because of the quality of players the zone gets but that is basically bound to happen as society in general outside of this game also gets more retarded with each passing year.

It's hard enough to get posted on good download sites, special a game review site. Not from the lack of trying tho, and no we haven't stopped trying, but the game is old, and it doesn't help at how a lot of people act in pub, forums, etc like you said. Does anyone actually think a game review site is gonna recommend us when he sees some of the stuff being typed in pub or on forums? The fate of the game is in both are hands i'm afraid.

That shouldn't matter Witness, that would be like someone giving Starcraft, and Diablo2 a zero rating because its full of koreans and bots spamming you to buy shitty equipment.

I would hope the reviewers would review the game itself and not the playerbase which they should know the game has limited control over.

Audrey, thank you for goodwill - but, roxx, Tri-Sector is not my zone and I'm not a staffer there. It just turns out that Tri-Sector got popular among some players. We also arranged games in your SSCV Distension. It was also nice. And in somer other zones, for example MERC Ground Warfare. So what you say is not quite true. But I hope we can further enrich each other with new zone experiences! :P
