what we lack is people willing to cap a squad and taking the initiative to maintain it, only going to comment on twdd here but so far only Unleash Soul and Hit dd on a daily and consistent basis....thats 3 squads, not saying others dont...but the activity doesnt compare

i see no point in joining a giant squad like that, plus unleash would die since there are few people willing to captain squads...and freebie dds like once in 3 days

so the point is that im not going to become a 3 leaguer by joining a 3 league squad and sacrifice an active 1 league squad (and there is only so much steering i can do with a squad who doesnt really have solid interest in other leagues)

although i do understand what Draft is getting at, but most of these 1 leaguers have the mentality to improve in one league first...so that becomes a priority and "fun"

atleast on my squad, if i do a dd count 10 ppl will beep and people are willing to sit in spec even if they aren't going to play

if a jd count happens, there are about 2-3 beeps

and a bd count almost always fails

Need more captains that aren't afraid to make their players branch out now and then, that seems to be the case to me. But I'm just an everyday player not a captain, what do I know

you remember when i was running "Season", you were on it and a few basers...we bded like 20x in one week...then bding died b/c everyone left and we were reduced to the squads core members...like i said ive tried branching out...always hits a wall due to 0 interest from players

I've done it before in the past. None were wildly successful 2 or 3 league squads, but we had our 1 good league and then the others we did when we wanted a break or didnt have enough to bd. Maybe it's a dying art to make this happen.

I tried it with paxin also...it lasts a good week and then it goes back to routine, that spur of interest usually happens because other 1 leaguers join....the list of 3 leaguers have avg experience of 10 years on this game add that with the fact that only few are willing to cap creates a small group of people...there is a correlation there

If you say so, I can remember having done this for several years since my first capping assignment. Obviously we weren't all stars in our side leagues, but we definitely got better and increased overall activity. Just took some effort now and then, but things change.

think geio is pushing everybody to jav, we will see how that goes

but we are pretty much newbies in the one league we play (even tho we slaying everyone bad gg peru), so our priority is always to improve that
