yeah that's pretty much a tie, but too bad. i'm gonna try out sig pics for a little while and if they don't prove to be too much of a nuisance then we'll leave them be. if they piss off enough people we'll remove them. trying to be a little less authoritarian since it seems to irk people (mostly you, vati).

i also forgot to mention that i've limited signature length to 12 lines (might reduce it to 10 edit: have reduced it to 10), and this is mostly because draft has absolutely no life and thinks we all give a flying fuck about his twdt and badminton "accomplishments."
