You type ?lostpassword "Name" and a temporary (24 hours) password is sent to your email.
With that password you can enter Tw and ?password=... so that you own the nick you forgotten the pass to/traded/sold again.

Anyone gets to own a maximum of three(3) names for free, past three names there is a monthly charge. It wouldnt have to be complex, just the same info used by bang to keep track of the people. Bang could be modified to keep an ID on each unique computer and instead of keeping the person out of the game, just keep track each name on logon. 3 names per ID are allowed, anything more than that without having paid some money ( a banfree to keep the analogy going )

There we go, if you want to continue name whoring you have to pay out of your own pocket. Priitk gets loaded and no more need for a guy named Azn_IRoxorYou_IHadToPickThisNameBecauseAllTheOther sWereTaken2525
because a lot more names would be freed up.

Anyone who buys names on this game is severely fucking handicapped. For one thing, this game probably won't even exist in a few years. Second of all, there is absolutely nothing anyone could do if you did a ?lostpassword thing and got the password back. Heh, if I was in charge of the logins in this game, I would reset the names as soon as I saw your post.

They should definately limit your amount of usernames somehow. Even taking a simple measure like 3 per machineID would deter a lot of people from doing this stupid shit.
