    show a little bit of concern/professionalism when taking a help call

    can you guys make it a rule for staffers that they have to "say one moment please" or something to show that they have left? lots of times they just go afk on you and its just weird, even if they are looking for a solution i would like to know cause it makes players feel like they have no idea and are to scared to say it. ^_^ Happened to me at least 4 times now.

      Only in dream land this will happen, majority of staffers (from what i've seen) dont put in that extra effort. Chance that any change happens is near 0 lool

        Most of the time when I finish a call I go afk. This isn't a phone call or an irl conversation, I don't need to hang up or walk away. I'm also not required to sit waiting for any future questions with baited breath. I'm sure some staffers don't answer and go afk, but the majority of the time the questions are handled more than adequately.

            The staffer (on thunder squad) ask me what my prob is and then pms me with !calls (prolly staff talk) and then leaves the zone. At least he took the call -___- ------without saying "wit es uir priblim mim?" .
