Wouldnt it b great whit team elim? Would b better prac for TWLD,TWLJ or w/e u play whit ur team
This would b handeled whit the bot! Random teams of something (could depend on how many players in there). This would b way better then DM multi! This would b going on 24/7 and the chanse of a uber team whit all elites isnt so high ny more (mebbe some more usage req?)

2.Bots that any1 can use in wbduel,basing and javduel (but it
wont b activated unless there is enough ppl in the arena)

3.Dacite > More pretty girls and free porno

4. Mebbe some new ER's or active staff members (nerds) that is willing to host alot

5.I dont know but... Some way to improve the gameplay of a big BASEELIM! any suggestions would b nice
The spawning and not being able to come in to the base is annoying! And its so crowded in there u cant go any where whitout having 3-10 guys after u

We need to get more hosts hosting. We also need less RoboHelp and more ZH's but thats another topic...

We are too reliant on bots and they aren't as good as a host.. Bots aren't flixible enough to throw the option of super sharks on the table if it seems appropriate at the time. Also, am I the only person that likes the good old fashioned hosting where you know the host and he knows you! I don't want a jerkass bot setshiping me all the time.

We set up too many bots in places like duel, base, wbduel, javduel, etc... We get them running so much, 1 event going too long, and it gets overplayed and boring. What happened to ?go duel? Running 24/7 is terrible, but there is a downside to just having dedicated bots in a specific arena even if they need to be started by staff over and over. If there is a bot in wbduel and that is so much easier to start why host an event like capture when you can just start the wbduel bot? It encourages people (staffers) to just fire that up and think that they did something for the zone when they really didn't. We always used to say on staff 'don't host dm over and over or it will get over hosted'. What are all these bots doing? Bots are good for two things, making the ER job easy and overhosting shit.

We need more ERs with the desire to host more events. Since we've gotten so many bots I have seen more increase in the volume of events hosted and I have seen no increase in desire on the part of the ERs to host events. Making hosting easier and making more bots isn't helping us out. What can we do?

I suppose we need to crack down on our ERs and make them host more. They have *no* responsibility to do anything in the zone other then host.. No help calls, no cheater calls.. I hated hosting, but with the bots now a days is it really too much to ask to get 1-2 hostings a day from each and every ER in this zone? I don't think so..

Team elim: Lets not do this. It isn't sustainable, with team elim, elim, baseelim, and the inevitable team baseelim that would be started aswell that is too many arenas for a group of elimers that can only fill 2 arenas at one time during most of the day. We have dm, twd, twl.. Lets just host dm a little more and not start up a team elim (which is basically dm) running 24/7. It would die off like ?go duel.

First of all i understand how you feel with the bots
Perhaps an option is a different rating system for the ER's.

From wich I have understand is that ER's get credit for hostings things. Is this the same at every event?

I can imagine that starting a bot in base gives you 1 point, while hosting tournament gives you 20 points (for example)
You need a certain amount of points to "stay".
With the right balance on points needed, and the points rewarded you give more pressure to get the "difficult" events hosted, because they rewarded more points.

Oh yes... events that need to be hosted. I haven't gotten to play most of these. I wish too. I wish I could be an ER and have uber power and destroy all who complain to me, then host an event after some delicious people smashing.
