one final comment on this: i'm basically a good guy and im trying to defend myself here but i realise that i have probably lost this one and im' just going to embarrass myself if i comment any further. so i'll check back later to see if there are any updates latr today or tomorrow, but even if i dont get unbanned and i forget about this game please know that i have had a lot of fun here, and subspace is still probably better than any other online game out there. ciao

personally, i dont really care what people say in chat. i just support bans moreso for cheaters using exploits or lag exploits, or, people that INTENTIONALLY go around trying to tk people. I guess being rude or disrespectful to staff would also top my list of bans (within reason though, not just some minor stuff).

as far as free speech in chats go, i dont really care. i know racism and other things are not allowed and of course i find the subject repugnant but i view it more as something one should ignore so long as it doesnt turn into harassment/spam. but thats just me, i dont speak for everyone.
