(The NG photos could be if they are just posted without any reasoning than to show a women's body off, or any other illegitimate reasoning [pro tip: if you dont have an exceptionally good reason for it, dont, you'll probably get banned for it]). Art and informative things (like breast feeding) are fine, and while you won't be warned or banned for it, it may be removed if it is in excessively bad taste, or used without any sort of context (saying how horny seeing breastfeeding mothers makes you with such an image, as an example).

Okay, I've just recieved the official stance on where this matter sits in Trench Wars.
Bare female breasts are considered porn, and you will be warned for wearing them, and banned if you do not remove them.
Posting or linking to such material (both in-game and on the forums) is also illegal, and will be handled appropriately.

Man, you sure went full retard over this. If this game is so dead that you in Trench Wars staff, have to discuss whether a banner showing a couple of breasts is illegal or not. Then it is seriously time to quit this game and get a life mate.

No offense to Shaddow or anyone who stands behind these kinds of decisions, but I've seen more pornographic things scrawled on the back of a bus seat in elementary school. I was certainly talking a lot about sex by the time I was in 1st grade.

I don't think any children will be irrevocably damaged by seeing small pixelated regions depicting any body parts, no matter how naughty. I'm sure they've drawn similar things in real life many times. Especially because the same children with an unrestricted net connection (can play Continuum) also probably have typed in "boobs" to Google once or twice. (Or five hundred.) The largest demographic for pornography in the world is the 12-17 market -- teenage boys. Who exactly are we protecting?

Meanwhile we allow extreme racism so long as it's not triggering any keywords, vicious personal attacks, religious persecution, open discussion of hard drug use, etc. (For the record I don't think any of these can be easily moderated without doing harm to the community. Nor am I much in favor of censorship of any kind ... it simply creates taboos/power words/power subjects that are then exploited, regardless of actual content or the personal views of those wielding them. Just including them here for comparison. We choose very particular things to censor.)

We need to evaluate what we have rules for. Interpretation is key. Especially in how they are enforced. Are we reading the letter of the law, or the spirit of it? And based on that reading, are the rules enforced to improve the zone? That's the bottom line. If not, we need to reevaluate them.
