Play subspace using Direct2D (New experimental resizer feature)

I tried this out at 3840x2160 with Extra Large font size and it worked perfectly. Obviously I didn't bother with any of that stupid mouse-aim bullshit. I got 20-0 pretty quickly flying around outside in warbird. The only "disadvantage" was that I couldn't see anyone on radar, but radar isn't that important at such a high resolution. It gives you no advantage for base fighting, though, but for outside it's a blast. Nobody stood a chance.
