The arenas should've NEVER been combined back in the first place. Whatever staff members thought this was a good idea effectively destroyed wb elim, which was always the most popular elim as it was. As it stands now, elim is a shell of it's former self, and it all starts with staff being fucking retards who try to fix things that aren't broken, and effectively destroy them in the process.
The only thing you should focus on immediately is splitting the arenas again. Focus on your other bullshit talk ideas later, since you'll never actually do any of them. Do the simple thing and split them up. The only reason elim was made into one arena was because certain biased staff members wanted the wbs to play javs. As it stands now, the wbs are better at javs than a lot of the javs ever were, while javs have not gotten good at wb. Either make it fair and force javs to play ship 1 24/7 now, or split up the arenas and stop fucking over one ship in favor of another.
