based on what i have heard, there was a bot issue which caused a memory leak and that in return made the bot act out weird and ultimately crash, and the only way to fix that required us to get someone with appropriate bot access levels online to fix it from their end. to my understanding, qan logged on to sort it out after being alarmed by our staff that night as no one online had the correct access levels to do anything about the issue.

there is no point to blame staff when there was nothing they could do to prevent it at that point and time.
