I cant understand how any1 could feel that being on staff is worth it these days. You have no freedom to make your own calls or use your powers for innocent fun and you have to put up with a lot more bs not only from players, but fellow staff members. Im sure gald there are some masacists out there willing to put up with it because i sure wouldnt do it again.
