yeh it was a fun game, tho i didn't really get the choice of pickings.

dttr could pick everyone as first, a terr, a shark, a second shark, then a first offense ship etc etc.
it could've turned out that one team got a lot stronger than the other. tho this time it was a pretty even match.

best would still have been east vs west, cuz now it was like: ok freq 1 won, gg guys. but there was no real connection with the players, same goes for twld/twlj. so next year make it east vs west plz.

You can't do east vs west unless you specifically setup the voting for it. For example say 8 of the top 10 allstars were picked from the east and only 2 from the west, well then you're screwed. You'd have to setup a East allstar vote and a West allstar vote to get the numbers to work out.

Which is exactly what they should have done in the first place. On second thought, whatever, I wouldn't have gotten play time anyway, so it wouldn't have been a real all-star game anyway

Of course it can be done, I'm well aware of that. My point was it was an impossibility for this allstar game. Lots of people were saying a few days before the game that's how we should be doing it, not taking into account we'd have to revote everything to do it like that.

LTing is even MORE boring. The only fun basing is old school basing or fr battles, and even fr battles are boring with only spiders.
