I would impeach Ice Storm, and a few others that are itching for me to say their name so they can come flame me.

I would vote for players like synicle, brookus, and pauloakenfold.

Yeah, I wouldn't pick all those motivated "newbies" that want power so bad they would do 1000 helpcalls a month to increase chance of promotion (if only their parents wouldn't force them to sleep and go to school).
Instead of that I would pick all the wellknown, popular people I know. Those who played this game so long that they don't need staff to get respect/power and want to give staff a try but just can't cut it because they don't understand how stupid a question a newbie could ask. And therefore wouldn't want to bother leaving their basegame (they always play because they always get picked), elim or belim (they are always in till the end).

I joined staff because I don't mind helping people, and being ZH gives you more chance to do so. I never went for it, but I wouldn't turn it down. So since I'm not going after a ER job I'm not going to compete with people who want to do as much as possible, so I think the socalled "newbie" ZHs do a better job than me. Except maybe for knowledge, but when willing you could find the answer to almost anything, and I am not all-knowing either.
