Should TW hold polls to decide staff?

well this guy is on a good idea here...somehow let maybe some of the ppl in the public voice there opinion on a guy b4 he is hired


and dimboy them vets or whateer u said would prolly make up just as good as staff as w got now if not better..there are some vets already ons taff who would keep it neway...recently more and more the ppl who get <ZH> are becoming newer and newer its sad when somone who isnt staff knows 10x's more th en them but bc they dont brownose properly they dont get staff which in the end is the real decision

TW should NOT hold polls to become staff cuz being nice is only 1 part of becoming staff, Nowing how to do the job is more importand i think

well dimboy u need standards yes...but there are ppl who are maybe not the nicest guy in teh world and dont brownose 24/7 and tells it how it is...but knows more about the zone then a person who sucks dick to get into staff...but u know who gets staff 1st as well do i and the rest of the TW community

while the polls are not in themselves a good idea, I don't think that the decisions should be made by only two people. Perhaps there should be some kind of, for want of a better word, council, to decide staff.

If the decisions are not entirely made by YoMama!!! and Weaver then please ignore me.
