Being on staff only has 2 requirements now since weaver was hired, you either know one of the deans of staff, or you are a nice person. I was axed for generally being "not nice", not through any abuse like dimboy did frequently, and i dont call people newbs (or atleast i never used that word when i was on staff) and i didnt insult people who i didn't like... i just generally was not nice to people... end of story.

Weaver has told me though (while i was on staff and asking him why these people were hired) that people like Elsie <ZH>, Archangell <ZH>, Rucci <ZH> (who thinks spawning is illegal btw, and pm'd me while i was an <ER> to tell me so when i spawned him once during a twdd match), Reaver <ZH>, i.d.i.o.t. <ZH>, and all the other people you may not have ever heard of before got staff simply because they are nice people who can learn how the game works in time.

Awesome, I put it to you, you have a personal vendetta against Weaver because he stripped you of your wonderful staff position, which by no means did you deserve. All you did was ban people for Racism and host 15 times a month.

Awesome, come on be honest. I went to one of your old squads private arenas and I tryed to go into the map and play around and you started speccing me and warping me. It might not be a major case of abuse but it's still abuse. Everyone abuses so don't try and pull the high ground by saying you never abused.

Ok, maybe the Deans should ask a few people what their opinion of the candidate is, just so you don't get people who are complete dick-cheeses onto staff.

However, that shouldn't be the only factor, nor should brown-nosing.
