I got my friend into playing TW and i said "if u ever need help use .?help" and he was playing and he called me and said "who is robohelp" and i was like wtf did they send robo to help my friend learn the game. Ive seen many treads by Weaver about answering .?help by going to there arena and talk to them in person and help them out and not send stupid robo help (gj weaver)

It's fairly simple Paul... RoboHelp responds to keywords with you give it through staff chat command, you simply type:

1:Paul <ZH>> !tell ass

and then you will see the following...

1:RoboHelp> Told <last player to use ?help/?cheater> about ass.

<last player to use ?help/?cheater> will see:

(RoboHelp)>Please do not use ?help unless you have a valid question.

Most ZH's learn this on their first day or 2 at the most on staff.

And it's nice that you're making yourself available to anyone who knows about forums to come to you for help instead of using ?help, but whatabout the other new players who just found out about the game... ?help is supposed to be there for them to use to learn. Most of them dont know about the existence of TW Forums.

I think what he mean't is he hasn't learned all the keywords such as 'ass' or 'who is zeus'

Actually, if anyone has questions

just to keep the staff empty of all the tiny questions
