The nerd has a point.
There is an overwhelming amount of war veterans that dislike Rememberance Day and make a concious decision not to participate or regard it as anything special. Maybe it's because they don't want to be reminded of HELL, or instances of death and destruction... I'm not sure...
Alot of veterans are against Rememberance Day as a whole.
In regards to not remembering or 'celebrating' in the actual game, I personally don't care... but I can see his point. Holding an event that involves 'elimination' and 'killing' in the name of war veterans might not be the best choice... Another event might have been a better choice..... maybe zombies (none of those in ww1/2)... or capture.
