I'd do random staff-picking.
Just press f2 a couple of times, close my eyes and play some with pgup and pgdown. Then I'd stop and the player with the red ticker before his name gets power.
Actually, I think they use that system already...I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal...Comment

I would have run staff as current dean does, in a GOOD way heh!
I would have recruited mature men/women who didn't care for elim ranks and such. Some elimmers. I would want active peoples.
I think the deans are doing an über job so I'd just follow their fotsteps..
