We expect to be back up in a few hours (9-11:00am EST). This down time was all because of some punk who DoS attacked our server. DoS attacks are NOT a joking matter in any way! In the USA, (where our server is hosted) they are a serious federal crime under the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act of 1996, with penalties that include years of imprisonment. Many other countries have similar laws now as well.

So what's the story behind this one? We all know squadless did it.

Omg, does this mean they are moving the TW Server to europe? I see euro ip address, and more ping hops. But TW Server is still down, and its 1:15pm PST, not sure if it was up earlier today. Whoever did this DoS attack, must have done something major. I wonder if it was similiar to the DoS attack to Gibson Research (ShieldsUp) site in the summer earlier this year... he explained a very clever DoS attack that happened to his web host.
