Another Year of TW

As another year has pasted us by, I begin thinking about some of the annual TW-related statistics that might be interesting to know.

For example;

- How many political macros did Spinsanity subject us all too?

- How many posts in these forums mention Telcat's boobs?

- How many Base games had deltas greater than 50k?

- If we took the collective effort put into bitching about the staff and applied it to the building a road, how long would the road be?

- What percentage of people banned for saying racist remarks claim they were just telling a friend about it?

- Which wasted more time, bitching about the cram or bitching about pub LT's?

- What is the average TW player IQ this year?

- Which was greater, the turn-over rate at McDonalds or with the TW staff?

These are just some of mine, I'm sure you guys probably have some, feel free to add your own.

- ignore.txt is a wonderful thing, so I wouldn't know.
- More than 1.
- Lots more than 1.
- Let's put it this way, we could walk its whole length and reach Mars before Beagle2 & get back again without walking the same bit of road twice.
- The majority.

- Who knows, but I personally feel more dumb than at this point last year.

I just can't seem to win. I posted this in an attempt to be 'light', since I've been criticized for being ‘too serious’.

What is it you people want with these forums? People try addressing issues they see and offer solutions or things to think about, but many other people don’t seem to like this. People try posting lighter topics, but many people don’t seem to like this either. What is the point? Are these forums simply a ‘lose-lose’ proposition? A place where anything of value is always lost amongst the din of negative chatter?
