Well mate, this idea is actually already taken place, but as an INSIDE staff event. Not really an event, but on monthly basis an email spreads through staff their emailboxes with top 5 of hosting, taking help calls etc. are posted anyways and based on actual performances. (public opinion is different than doing a good job in some cases)
