Btw, I got warned yesterday for doing this "shooting and spinning" thingy (before I read this post, it was)
I had balanced a glass on my left and control keys in javs. I got a 65 - 580 rec but when I got back I was specced and had a warning
Apparently it leeches bandwidth and it comes under this rule:
