The Trench Wars Development Team is in need of help. We are currently searching for new talent to aid us in creating events for Trench Wars. TWDev consists of the best graphic designers and map makers in order create new events for Trench Wars. We are looking for any or more of the following skills: tile editor, graphic design, map creator, settings specialist, lvz, bot programmer and/or anything else.

What do these positions constitute in terms of options within ss? For ex, I'd like to be able to upload maps for testing w/o having to go through intermediates.

Sufficient, I'd speak with Pure_Luck if I were you. I believe he's putting up a testing zone for TW development related shiznit.

Well TWDev came into a resent slump and lost a few members. We've started on a very kick ass event (more info later) and we need a lot more man power.

And I'm not sure where everyone got this idea but we aren't looking for WebDesigns and WebProgrammers as much as we are looking for Bot Programmers, graphic designers etc... We don't really have much use for webdesigners

Trench Wars does not give that power to anyone except smod+ (Not many smods have it). But yes we do have our own special zone that we use to test all of our goodies.

Yeh, I applied and all too, but when will we know if we got in?

Well, when you say you're are looking for graphics designers, graphic design and web design go hand in hand. I suppose that might account for people getting the wrong idea. At any rate, speaking of web designs, I'm putting one together for the draft tourney as I type this. You can never have too many guys working on any aspect of the zone, be it the various sites, bots, events, whatever.

Well, if you have been semi-accepted I will come and talk to you in-game for a sort of 'interview'. 3 People have been sort of accepted I just need to speak to them in-game. I have recieved 25 applications so far. I am waiting to pick the best ones from the bunch and then if we need more I will move on to the more controversial ones.

In other words, expect a reply in a maximum of 3 weeks.

I suppose I should have included more of my programming experience and less of my web design experience when submitting my application. I've got plenty of both, but still... I'd like to see more going on with the various sites.
