I'm not sure but if wizards can throw thors what will be the incentive for players to be other types of people? I mean, being a meat shield is only so much fun.
Also, I wonder how the revive spell will work? (Limit of lives or what)
I do (still) love the way this sounds like it will work. There could easily be dozens of spells in this and nearly unlimited custimized classes.
I could imagine spells like selling a soul to a demon for 10 seconds of awesome power, but would kill you if you don't kill someone in that time.
Or spells that use *shutup on players for a short time as mute.
Or being prized cloak and stealth for short time for invisiblity.
Or rockets for haste. Engine shutdown for paralized. Screenobjects in a lvz file could do a rough blind spell.
Also, if each player has a different ship this would allow bigger more freedom for the bot, as it could say make the ship smaller for a little bit (but would look the same size) or other stuff. Or have the same effects that the slomo arena has for certain ships during a spell.

I will leave you with a image of a bot healing someone half way by a full energy green then appearing beside them to shoot them down to target health.
