Take a screen shot and crop the banner off the picture and save it as a bmp i presume and viola there is your banner. I don't think there is any other easier way.

You don't expect a sysop to email you your banner do you? Cutting out the banner from the screenshot and filling in the dark green shade with pure black gives the same product as if you had the original banner.

If you're not willing to spend 60 seconds to take a screenshot and cut it out with mspaint, then you are one lazy dude.

that's impossible really.. It will always come out the same way. No matter what.. Either you remember it wrong or your screen is fuxxed. When you take a screenshot it will generate an EXACT picture as the original. And when you cut it out and paste it you don't change it. But maybe you did it without knowing

Because he's right, they don't. Your banner is stored on the SSCU Billing server (which is why it's retained when your client changes or you change zones, and also why you lose your banner if you log in when the billing connection is lost). SSCU billing ISN'T going to be sending you a banner anytime soon, especially if you show the kind of courtesy and politeness we've all come to appreciate from you on this forum.

Who controls SSCU billing? and how do you contact them? I only blasted Kim because he provided little infomation, at least you wadi provided me alot more therefore i am grateful.

The SS Council controls it. The SS Council is a group of people from almost all zones on the billing server who are, for the most part, leaders/System Ops of their servers.

                              a few of them:

                              Mr. Ekted
                              ZippyDan
                              PriitK
