Some people have reported network problems now that we've changed to the new server. Fortunately, we now have a greatly improved capability to troubleshoot these issues, due to being able to trace not just your path to the server, but now also the server's path to you.

Let it run at least 5 minutes, then click "Copy Text to clipboard".
Now look up your IP address. A simple way is by visiting this site: https://www.whatismyip.com

Paste your IP address and the mtr report along with a short explanation of the problems you've experienced.
IMPORTANT NOTE: By doing this, you're requesting that we also run a reverse trace along the route from the server to your home network, and are agreeing that we may provide this information to the hosting company in order to help troubleshoot your network issues.
