Norton Issue

Hi,
I'm using Norton Antivirus 2004 atm (Not a legal version tho, but who cares ) and I'm about to install Panda.
Now, when I was about to uninstall norton, I couldn't find the Uninstall file anywhere. And when I tried it in add/remove software, Norton wasn't in that list. So, basically, I just need to get rid of Norton in a clear way

Try Ummm... Right clicking and "Deleteing" The icon in the Start: Programs file.

No Krazie_Killer, that will remove the link to the application but it will not delete or remove anything else.

i haven't updated it since i got it like 2 years ago. when i try, i get an error saying the cd key is invalid cause i didn't really buy it. how do i fix that?

You need to get yourself a keygen, that makes (or should make) valid keys, and just change the key, hit winupdate and voilá. I'm not giving away any sites or how you do it, just search on google for help, or you contact me via ss (1ight), msn or icq.

Generated keys can still be detected by Microsoft.

Be careful though, many keygens contain viruses.

One option is sending it to the Recyling Bin, then entering the Recycling bin and permanently deleting it.

The second option is doing a Settings restoration, which will restore your computer to a date you choose, just restore it to before you installed Norton. Look in Control Panel to do this.
