We're back up after gathering a lot of additional data. I've passed it on to PriitK and have requested a billing server reboot as well as sharing out info to various devs. Hopefully we'll crack this.

why not just schedule a daily windows task/job to recycle both the server and biller every day 3am USA time. Hardly any1 is on during that time.
It's not really a perm solution but can prevent connectivity issues from occurring while a perm fix is found.Comment

Almost every evening it is the same thing. It's been a month now! WTF! And if it is the billing server then why is it only a problem getting to TW?
Maybe the billing server is putting TW on ignore most nights because she needs a rest :?Comment
