As I said before ... here is one of my recent traces ...
There's nothing wrong with this trace. Looks normal to me...
Also,

Totally normal.

The last two hopone.net hops into the TW server seem dead and trying to play causes automatic spec. using W98.2 & a 56k dial-up external modem.

Here's your culprit. If the packetloss is this early in the trace, the culprit is probably in your residence. Try plugging your computer directly into your modem, bypassing any routers. Check that all your cabling is working properly, and your modem hasn't gone bad.

For weeks after selecting Continuium (ver.38) icon all it does is load & display a vertical scroll of passing stars & planets. Aparently the hop into the server is blocking packets. Using 56k dial-up and W98.2
Tracing Zone: SSCU Trench Wars IP Address: 66.36.241.110
in 'advanced options' unchecking EVERYTHING (forcing into memory) allows getting past the vertical scroll screen and finally back into game. Changing gpu drivers and deleting/reinstalling client did nothing.
although the hop into the TW server is still totally blocking ping trace.

Reason: solution
PING Current:170 ms Average:180 ms Low:160 ms High:350 ms S2C: 3.1% C2S: 0.1%
its was 6% for the past week. beside, every sunday i got 360 ping average
i think its a problem with my ISP, more israelies have it with them (goldenlines 012).
It takes about 7 seconds for me to enter the game, i'm used to it taking 3 at the most.
It takes longer to change arena too, and for the menu to come up when i press esc + a.
I've been getting the 'You have been put in spectator mode due to high packet loss' message,
and here is what i got today when i typed ?lag
PING Current:200 ms Average:220 ms Low:190 ms High:340 ms S2C: 25.4% C2S: 0.0%
Here are the figures when i ping the tw server in cmd:
Pinging 66.36.241.110 with 32 bytes of data:
...
Packets: Sent = 54, Received = 54, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 109ms, Maximum = 187ms, Average = 126ms
Tracing Zone: SSCU Trench Wars IP Address: 66.36.241.110
clearly the loss for hopone.net is what is making my ploss so high... is this problem temporary? I didn't have this ploss problem on tw a few weeks ago, started around last week...

Reason: more useful information
You should let it run more cycles to get more reliable results. It seems like some of the packetloss occurs in your ISPs network, so you should probably contact them for starters. I think it was the core2.dca2 Hopone router that was defective according to the other thread.
