How to: Save Flash to .avi or equivalent?

I was wondering how you can do this if you can at all? Programs, links, etc* would be helpful, thx.

For coverting swf avi i'm always using this program:

It can convert swf to avi, mpg4, asf or wmv and can insert your LOGO to the final movie so you can protect your authorship.

I do that too I only post in threads with titles I understand
