My CD player is broken,

Panasonic Portable CD PLayer SL-S200

It has trouble starting CDs and moving to a previous track. Sometimes it will suddenly stop playing in the middle of a song. Whenever one of these issues arises, the LCD displays "F 15".

I beleive the problem lies in the lens. It seems to have trouble moving backwards. I regreased the tracks it slides on, but still no luck. Any suggestions?

That's what I figured. I don't have an original of the manual, but I looked at the one on the Panasonic website. Nothing, as far as I can see. I thought it might be a part number, but they tend to be longer
