ploss is packetloss.. S2C is ploss C2S is latency.. Latency means delay..
anways in a nutshell

Your typing the word "hi" in cont sends a packet to TW server, the packet goes through all these routers and gets multiplexed. If there is a lot of packets being sent through the path that your packet went (sometimes routers get overloaded by packets.. blah blah) then you MAY lose a packet in the process.. creating a 0.1% packetloss.. when it comes back it may be slow coming through because of the same thing and it's delayed.. or latency causing a 0.1% latency (delay)

and because im young (and cant get into university) i dont know a whole lot like dock> may.. but i believe those ip addresses that are in the trace are routers (Routers find the fastest path to get your packet to where it needs to go.. i think )

ploss is packetloss.. S2C is ploss C2S is latency.. Latency means delay..

S2C = Server to Client, C2S = Client to Server. Both are packetloss.

There is no percents in latency, just milliseconds. (ms) People usually talk about lag when then mean also mean ploss, but lag comes from word latency and has pretty much nothing to do with losing packets. (Well if packet takes too long to arrive it's considered lost.)

The percent means how much of the packets are lost. So for example if you have 10% C2S ploss it would mean that every 10th packet you send to server is lost.

i said latency is delayyy not losing packets :P delaying the packets to come through which can make your ping higher.. or packetloss
