your profiles (names) are stored here:
C:\Program Files\Continuum\profile.dat
C:\Program Files\Continuum\profile.bak
copy those to a new foler or ur desktop or whereever u want them (just remember where they are)
proceed to reinstall continuum
put both files back in: C:\Program Files\Continuum

i experienced that the client is unable to create arena files on your harddrive when you have multiple clients running. check if you have, shut them down and it should work.(¯`*•.¸,¤°´'`°¤,¸.•*´¯)
