I was adjusting some settings in msconfig>startup yesterday and I noticed there was a program that had no title and no command path. The location was in windows, but I thought this was odd.

Anyone else ever seen this before, or is there a legitimate reason to be suspicious?

You have to Ruwatch or Sight it and then hit it with an elemental weapon

I wish I had thought of that..but I just deselected the box, and upon reboot, it was gone. It hasn't returned since.

Be careful when u gonna delete something in msconfig....

a file into the folder's Windows is FREQUENTLY very important. Dont delete files like "rundll"; "systray" etc.

                Virus frequently is on "c:\windows\system"

copy the name of the msconfig' file and go to "Search on HD"

After u find the file (frequently is a .exe) try to boot it. Or try to delete. If it have been used by Windows, its not a virus.
