Use WinAVI Video Converter.
It converts avi files to the file needed for DVDs. You might want to obtain the full version though, because it will only let you do 15 minutes worth in the trial.thread killer

So you're converting a .swf Flash animation, try converting it to DVD with that program there, then burn that onto a discComment
