i was screwin round with my sound macros and tryinf to make some myself but i cant get them down to the right size... even when they r just 2 secs long or something...


neone knows how i can reduce the size of those files without f*ck*ng up too much of the quality of the sound itself....???

as far as i'm aware, the only things illegal are racial slurs and porn. thats... about it. concerning sound? it would be best to find sound clips pre made... but you can cut off tiny fragments of a clip with a program.. i dont know if its still distributed, its called "audiomixer 32" it came with audiostation 32 by voyatra (dunno if thats right spelling) just google audiostation and you'll probably find something useful

i do have a program for cutting of bits of wavs, mp3's and whatever.... and thats not really the problem...

i just cant get them down to the right size....

the files r bout 10 times too large in the end when cut from a wav.... (2 sec files)

so i just wanted to change the size and lose some quality so in the end i t would work (sizewise)

You simple must make those voice message files still a little bit shorter and smaller 32K or 35K is a size limit of them.

Download Cool Edit and resample your wave to mono 8k (instead of 44k).

Not sure if that would work but it's worth a try
