Hi I need an answer in the next hour on how to rip a DVD. I.E to get AUDIO/VIDEO into a single say... AVI or MPEG. Please Help !!! ... legal solutions are better!

Yes I tried that before I posted. Found lots of software to COPY DVDS, but not to Rip. So I posted here, hoping someone might know some OpenSource software I can download. And you're a dick by the way.Originally posted by starkComment

Converts your original DVD into a file that fits on a single layer DVD.
You can select the options you want to leave out to lower the file size. Like arabic languages, chinese subtitles etc ..
