hacking and lostpassword and error when trying to open continuum help

tried that, it comes up as the same error but i'm using run as.. to open up continuum so as stabwound said, i have to solve my original problem and get continuum working normally.

When i double-click my shortcut, my screen goes black and nothing happens, it used to just have a busy signal but it changed ...

- Make sure you have the latest video drivers & directx.
- As I already said in my previous post, have you tried to disable your anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall?

I would recommend you first scan your computer for spyware, i think this problem may be caused by it. http://www.safer-networking.org/

If that doesnt fix it try reinstalling using the getsubspace.com installer. but install continuum to a new directory, like c:\program files\continuum4

If that doesnt work you could try the webinstaller at ssdl that apparently can fix broken installs.
