Heroes of Might and Magic 5 Not Starting Up

When I load up HOMM5 on my PC I hear the Ubisoft logo music play, but it's a black, blank screen. Then it's silence and HOMM5 is deemed "Not Responding".

My PC stats:

AMD Athlon 64 3800+
2.41gHz
1 GB of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE (256mb Card)
Updated to current Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
Updated to current Direct X (9c, higher doesn't work on this card)

It works on my laptop.
2.8gHz Intel Pentium M Processor
128mb ATI Radeon x800 Mobility Card
1 GB of RAM
Same updates.

HOMM5 not work with GeForce for some reason? I dunno, it's bothering me.

Update:

So, I can get the game to run. It starts up. It loads, it plays through the intro screen and the opening cinematic. Then I get to the main menu, the fight goes on without hic-up. My computer is more than enough able to handle it.

Now how did I do it? I set my settings to "fullscreen = 0" so it plays in windowed mode. Now, I still can't play it. Why? Cause when I click the screen on, to make it my active screen, the game freezes.

This is bullshit, complete bullshit. I don't know why it doesn't work beyond horrible programming on their part.

Someone throw me a bone here, thx.

I think it might be your graphics card.

The minimum requirements are a GeForce Ti4200 which I am pretty sure is more powerful than a GeForce 6150 which is an integrated graphics card (i.e. it uses system memory, not its own).

The catch is. When I start up the game, it can play it. I just can't click anything. No hic ups, no lag, no bad graphics, no nothing wrong visually. I just can't click anything. So it can't be my video card.
