If you mean when you go to make a name in your profile and it says the password is invalid, it means that name is taken. You'll have to make a different name until one is available.

It may take awhile for you to find a goodname, but you will find one. Try to stay away from numbers and symbols. It is hard to get a good name, but you see one pop out once in awhile.
