Can't launch it

i can't launch Continuum and i already did everything that they ask us to do... reinstall, the DEP thing, unistall anti-spyware, unistall anti-virus...What else can i try?

when you say it won't launch, what exactly is happening when you click on the continuum icon?

are you getting an error message?
are you getting a bsod?
is your system crashing?
is absolutely nothing happening?

also, what operating system are you running? is it 32 or 64 bit?

need a little more detail.

i know that i've installed firewalls or other protection that can block exe files and programs using your computer. Have you installed anything like that lately ?

but then again, error logs from windows users might wind up taking up a lot of space!
