You make one using the program named Flash. The latest version of Flash is Flash MX. I actually created a Flash Movie once for a school project. Anywoo, Swish3D is used for a lot of those complex Flash sites such as XeoFreestyles and 2Advanced.
Anyway, good luck if you're trying to learn it, cuz you got a long road ahead of you.

404 recently introduced me to SWiSH, which makes flash movies a lot easier than Flash MX, though some of the advanced layering stuff is missing. I still use it to make little flash logos for websites.TelCat> i am a slut not a hoe
