i was re-iterating that 6 and 7 werent on the TW servers for him so that he could maybe get his ISP to look into them for him

9 is in the tw realm, and its the same hop as hop 11 for me that always has issues when i check my tracerts

ok since new server i have a ploss problem, for a complete newb...how do i do a trace.

I know its not my wireless connection as i have pinged other servers with no loss.

On the GUI/main window, before you log into a zone, highlight the TW zone then click on trace.
