Alright, this could get a bit hairy, so don't try it unless you feel comfortable in the Registry Editor.
Again, this involves editing your computer's registry. There is a small chance of messing up your computer if you do things wrong. I take no responsibility for your misfortune if you do.
Still with me? Alright, let's kick some ass. First, make sure Continuum's closed. That's key. Then...
1.) Open the registry editor via invoking "regedit" from the "Run" option off the Start button.
2.) Navigate to the following key:
My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Continuum\Menu
3.) You're gonna see two keys called "WindowLeft" and "WindowTop" in the right-hand pane. First, edit the "WindowLeft" key by double-clicking on it. There should be a window with the title "Edit DWORD Value" that pops up. To make it a little easier, click on the "Decimal" radio button. Now, in the "Value data:" box, type in "25" (without the quotes). Then click on "OK".
4.) Do the same thing for the "WindowTop" key.
5.) Close the Registry Editor.
Now, try and open Continuum and see if it works any better. That should hopefully do it.Music and medicine, I'm living in a place where they overlap.

Conc R NU IN COMPUTOR
I also discovered that if you can use the keyboard to move windows. Right-click on your lost application in your taskbar and select "Move" (if the application is minimized or maximized, first do "Restore"). After you select "Move", don't use your mouse, but instead use the arrow keys to move the outline of the window to somewhere where you can use it. Then hit Enter.
No more lost window frustration.
